The university of technology participated in the National Constituent workshop held by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation apparatus / Accreditation Department on Monday Feb. 24/2020 at the College of Medicine / University of Baghdad, in the presence of  of the University deputy for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel-Hassan Attia, and  Director of Quality Assurance and University Performance dep., Assistant Professor Dr. Maha Abdel-Karim Hammoud, and  , Lecturer, Dr. Rana Riyadh Khalil  , Quality and Accreditation Officer at the Environmental Research Center.

 

 The workshop focused on the topic of preparing (the national constituent) by selecting four specialized teams responsible for conducting evaluation processes for all universities in accordance with the academic accreditation standards that will be launched soon and set by the accreditation boards in the disciplines (medical sciences, engineering sciences, sciences, administrative sciences and human specialties)  ). 

 

 On the other hand,they agreed to prepare an integrated training program for evaluation teams, which would include later,  award of certificates for (national evaluator) and (chief evaluator).  The university will be presented in the  evaluation teams.
